B-Corp
For us, B Corp has always been about reaffirming who we are and enshrining the values we believe are ethically and economically sound—for our team, clients, and business. In an industry dominated by buzzwords and surface-level commitments to purpose, we have strived to ensure that our actions speak louder than words.

People. Planet. Profit.
The three pillars of ethical and sustainable growth

People
We look after our team
World-class benefits like private medical insurance and gym memberships are great, but they’re not the full story of a happy team. Perks are important (and we’ve got plenty), but it’s the respect for our team’s lives outside of work that truly makes the difference. Enhanced maternity, paternity and sick pay. Near-zero overtime. Genuine career development. Zero pay gap. These are the things that make the difference. Above all, it's about being human.
Great work is a byproduct of a thriving team - ultimately, the team comes first.

Planet
We don't mess up the planet
In a capitalist world where we're ultimately aiming to make our clients more money, it's hard to claim you're doing right by the planet. That’s why we minimise our impact: from carbon offsetting and zero-waste-to-landfill to volunteering days, third-sector support, and a green supply chain.
If we're going to thrive, it can't be at the expense of the world we inhabit.

Profit
We practice sustainable growth
Let’s not dance around it—agencies thrive when they’re financially successful. We’ve grown significantly over the past five years by committing to sustainable growth, driven by a happy team and satisfied clients. We only take on projects we can resource, honor our commitments, and ensure every deliverable is one we’re proud of.
Growth only works when it supports, not undermines, our culture.
Our B Corp Journey so far
Over the past three years, we've achieved significant milestones in sustainability and employee well-being. We've attained carbon neutrality, eliminated landfill waste, switched to green energy, and installed solar panels. For our team, we've introduced holiday buy-backs, switchable bank holidays, volunteering days, free gym access, matched paternal leave, and enhanced maternity cover. We've also increased external and internal training. While we're proud of these perks, they complement our core mission: making Sonder an exceptional workplace through continuous improvement.
Building on our commitment
Across the B Corp pillars, we will focus on governance by introducing social and environmental OKRs, implementing social impact training, and revisiting our structure for 2025 re-certification.
For workers, we’ll roll out an EMI share scheme, complete our training library, and maintain top-tier benefits. Environmentally, we’ll add office black-out days, greener commuting options, and aim for Net Zero certification.
For community, we’ll formalise volunteering, donate profits locally, and match team donations.
Lastly, we’ll grow sustainable client turnover, maintain satisfaction, and launch thought leadership platforms.
Working with like minded businesses
